Male, female, does such a thing matter? Mentality is what matters here ladies and gentlemen, the mentality of the writer providing you with entertainment! And, in this case, it shall be me. I will be providing a generous list of names and titles of television shows, animes, movies, books, games and cartoons that I accept in request, trade, gift or otherwise stated by the writer or reader. Any of the above listed conditions may be asked for or offered in many different conditions, ranging from one-shot to sequels. Other such conditions of my writing are quite... picky, once might say, though I prefer to consider them high standards I set for myself to become better at what I do and what I may do in the future! Each Chapter of all fanfictions have a minimum of 10 pages, and each fiction will have a minimum of 10 Chapters. That totals in a minimum of 100 pages per fiction, which I believe to be a reasonable and challenging goal. Each Chapter will have an original title consistent with the Chapter's topic. Each Chapter will have two Author's Notes: one at the beginning, for warnings, recaps, explanations for absences or misunderstandings, as well as acknowledgements for critiques, reviews, comments and questions; and a second at the end of the Chapter, with a short summary (although I would advice against depending on these to get through the fiction), explanation of confusing areas in the Chapter, as well as possible contests and brain-teasers relevant with the Chapter's mysteries or cliff-hangers, to which there will be prizes for correct questions (which may be left in a review or send to me in a Personal Message). I will try to set a consistent schedule to update each fiction (example. every day, every week, every Monday, every month, etc.). More information on the contests, summaries, prizes, recaps and absences can be found in the next paragraphs, because I believe this one has gone on long enough. Contests Yes, you heard correctly. Contests. In each of my fanfictions, there will be a minimum of one contest. A question or assignment will be posed to you and the other readers, and the first to make contact with the answer (either through a review or a personal message) will win the prize. Wait, what? Prizes? Oh my! Look below for more on that, but first... For the assignments, there is a slightly different condition; instead of the "first-come first-serve" theory, this will be a contest of skills and wits. You will complete the assignment, whatever it may be and if you choose to participate, before the date that is listed for it to be due. Send me a link to whatever you decide to enter (either through a review or a personal message) and the best will be chosen by the judges, being me, myself and Pi-- my imaginary acquaintance that came to meet me in a certainly boring math class one day. Prizes Thar be prizes afoot, me maties! Yes, prizes will be awarded for questions answered correctly or assignments done well. Prizes may vary from requests (one-shot or longer will be specified in the contest), gifts, trades or a fiction, drawing or other being sponsored in one or more of the Chapters of one of my fictions. Summaries For each Chapter, I will attempt a short, simple summary to add to the end of every one. Either for those to get a friend interested, or as a short re-cap of what you just read. Also included in summaries may be small confirmations of questionable areas of the fanfiction, but if something is afoot and it is not mentioned... either I made a mistake, it's an important part in the fiction later, or I'm just screwing with you. Sleep in fear. Absences Despite popular belief, writers like myself and others have things happening in their real lives. Some things come up suddenly, and sometimes things don't go according to plan. In such circumstances, I will either provide an explanation in place of a Chapter, and when I return I shall replace the absence-letter with the proper Chapter. In other cases, I may be unable to leave an apology note in time. In such cases, I shall apologize whence I return, and attempt to make it up to you all by either giving you an extra Chapter or two, or just do my best to make the next Chapters worth the wait! Starting September 1st, I have taken a new approach to my writing skills, which may inevitably result in a slower transition from one fanfiction to another, but will indefinitely lead to faster updates when the fanfiction's first Chapter is finally put up.
